专家介绍:
主要从事糖类化合物的高效、高选择性合成方法这一主题开展研究工作。在发展新的糖基给体、活化方法和立体选择性调控三个领域取得了研究进展,主要包括:1)开展亚砜糖苷化反应系列研究,实现了复杂糖类天然产物的高效合成;2)以串联活化模式实现硫苷给体高效活化,消除了反应过程中质子和活泼反应中间体聚集的现象;3)通过分子内氢键辅助外源性亲核试剂效应,解决了3-氨基糖苷键构建的立体选择性问题。2015年至今,作为通讯作者在糖化学合成领域发表了论文三十余篇,其中包括:J. Am. Chem. Soc. 4 篇、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 2 篇、Org. Lett. 2篇、Green Chem. 2 篇、Org. Chem. Front. 4篇、Chin. J. Chem. 1篇;申请中国发明专利4项,授权1项等。

万教授教授先后获得国家人计划(青年,2012年)、湖北省杰出青年基金(2015年)、亚洲核心计划讲座奖(Asian Core Program Lectureship Awards,2016,2018年)、张树政糖科学奖-优秀青年奖(2017年)、Thieme Chemistry Journals Awards (2018年)、小川青年研究者奖(T. Ogawa Young Investigator Award 2018年)、新和成《中国化学》创新奖(2020年)。目前,万教授教授是Curr. Med. Sci.、Carbohydr. Res.和Front. Chem.编委会成员,担任中国化学会糖化学专业委员会秘书长(2019年)和国际糖化学专业期刊J. Carbohydr. Chem. 区域主编(2020年)。
