专家介绍:
张教授在催化剂的创制、反应的设计以及工艺的开发等研究领域取得了系列创新成果。实现了抗疟药物青蒿素、抗病毒药物瑞德西韦、抗癫痫药物布立西坦、抗肺结核药物贝达喹啉和大品种香料薄荷醇等多种手性化合物产业化合成的关键技术突破并完成技术转让,其中薄荷醇和布立西坦的高效不对称催化氢化合成工艺已分别被万华化学和奥锐特药业采用并建成工业化生产线。相关研究成果已发表包括Science,Nat. Chem.,J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.和Nat. Commun.等顶级化学期刊在内的SCI论文300余篇,获得授权发明专利50余项。入选国家“万人计划”教学名师、中国化学会会士,上海领军人才和上海市优秀学术带头人。获国家自然科学奖二等奖、上海市自然科学奖一等奖、中国产学研合作创新成果奖一等奖、上海市产学研合作优秀项目奖特等奖、上海市优秀教学成果一等奖和宝钢优秀教师特等奖等多项奖励。
