1995年获浙江大学有机化工学士学位,2000年获浙江大学化学工程博士学位,其后留校任教,现任浙江大学化学工程研究所所长。于2007.6~2007.11,2010.7~2011.7分别在美国新泽西州立大学和密西西比大学作访问学者。主讲本科生课程《化学工艺学》及研究生课程《有机合成选论》,入选浙江省“151人才工程”,浙江大学青年骨干培养计划,曾获评浙江大学先进工作者,浙江大学优秀班主任以及“服务国家战略”就业工作奖教金。主要从事有机合成应用及方法学,有机催化反应以及负载型绿色催化剂,管式连续反应及反应器,以及强放热氧化反应研究。主持多项国家级项目,包括国家自然科学基金项目、973子课题及重大专项,“十三五”及“十四五”重大预研项目,并负责多项浙江省科技计划项目和重大企业合作项目,曾获省部二等奖1项、三等奖3项。担任JACS、ACS Catalysis、Catalysis Science & Technology、Current organic Chemistry、Journal of molecular catalysis A、Catalysis Letters、Tetrahedron、化工学报、高校化工学报、有机化学等国内外期刊审稿人。获授权国家发明专利40余项,发表论文120余篇。
