1) 单分子荧光技术

率先提出基于荧光闪烁的单分子定量超分辨成像新方法,受到国内外同行的关注与认可,至今国内外多个研究小组加入该领域研究和交流; 近5年来,致力于单分子荧光技术与人工智能技术的结合,提高方法的准确性和智能性,并将其用于生物和化学领域研究,目前已取得一系列进展。


2) 功能荧光纳米探针的设计、分子影像及其脑损伤治疗

针对目前脑损伤治疗的难题,设计了一系列基于活性氧氮物种识别的碳纳米酶,可用于颅脑神经损伤部位的精准靶向和高效修复;设计合成了可快速排泄的近红外荧光纳米探针,用于高信噪比活体肿瘤成像。


3) 表面增强荧光成像用于高灵敏生物检测和体外诊断

设计了表面等离激元、光子晶体等纳米镀膜,发展了飞摩尔检测灵敏度的高通量荧光成像技术,用于细胞药物靶点和体外肿瘤标志物(血液中蛋白质、外泌体等)的检测,为疾病的早期预警和治疗提供可行性策略和理论指导。
