研究定位是基于蛋白质组定性定量分析新技术新方法的重要发现,开展相关蛋白质生物学功能分析研究。主要研究肿瘤转移过程中重要蛋白质的生物学功能及表观遗传学组蛋白翻译后修饰的变化研究。已在Blood, J Biol Chem.和J. Proteomics等生物化学,分析化学期刊发表论文20余篇。
