1. 发展原子/分子自组装技术，实现纳米材料表面原子结构的精准调控，合成具有高活性和稳定性的氧电催化剂（单原子催化剂，共价有机聚合物，金属有机框架材料，低铂催化剂等）。
2. 运用原位表征和理论模拟等技术，深入探究分子、原子尺度下氧电催化剂的反应历程，建立纳米材料表面原子结构-催化性能构效关系。
3. 优化氢能关键器件的膜电极组件制备工艺，揭示分级结构与传输动力学的关系，实现可服役于工况环境的高性能、低成本、长寿命膜电极的先进制造（燃料电池，金属空气电池，超级电容器等）。
