研究成果:
1、长效长寿命流滴棚膜材料
突破了农用棚膜长效流滴转光及低成本强化涂覆等关键技术,紧密结合我国农业生产实际需要以及广大农民和市场的迫切需求。发展了反应型流滴剂、反应型转光剂、纳米接枝流滴剂、聚烯烃可控预辐照及二次接枝等新技术;制备了长效长寿命接枝聚烯烃棚膜专用料。新技术产品已实现产业化应用,在北京、山东和辽宁等地进行了实地示范应用。2018年获山东省科学技术进步一等奖。
2、利用反应接枝技术制备了高压直流电用聚烯烃绝缘材料,为发展高压直流电绝缘材料开辟出新途径。获得了高压直流电绝缘材料的结构、性能与加工间的关系,掌握了空间电荷抑制机理,解决了高压直流电绝缘材料空间电荷抑制的核心问题,制备了耐高压直流电绝缘材料。
