李梓维,教授,博士生导师。湖南大学现代工程训练中心副主任、材料科学与工程学院教授

 2013年于吉林大学电子科学与工程学院取得学士学位后,保送至北京大学前沿交叉学科研究院、物理学院攻读理学博士学位。2018年加入湖南大学材料科学与工程学院工作。曾在英国伯明翰大学超材料中心、瑞典林雪平大学物理系做访问学者,在科技部高技术研究发展中心做项目主管。荣获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果二等奖、科技部颠覆性技术大赛全国优胜奖、中国发明协会发明创业奖、中国材料研究学会新材料创新创业型青年学者、湖南省湖湘青年科技人才等奖励和荣誉。 

 主要研究领域为低维半导体、新型光电子器件。发展了钙钛矿量子点的高稳定、低成本制造技术,首次实现了基于量子点光刻工艺集成的MicroLED全彩色微显示屏,显示屏发光亮度超过百万尼特,创造了行业记录,支撑军民两用可穿戴微显示装备的国产化发展,相关专利技术已完成成果转化;提出了手性金属纳米结构增强低维半导体光与物质相互作用机制理念,较早地实现了偏振响应的被动发光显示器件和有源光电探测器,相关技术支撑了国家重点研发计划、基金委重大项目的论证。近年来,作为第一作者及共同第一作者发表SCI论文50余篇,包括Adv. Mater., Adv. Sci. Innovation, Adv. Opt. Mater., Small等。相关工作被ACS Nano: ´In Nano´特刊、Wiley Materials Views China、Design for Science等国内外科学网等新闻媒体多次报导。申请中国发明专利28项,授权10项。
