基于金属材料的相变、相图热力学研究的新材料设计，主要包括
（1）贵金属功能新材料设计；
（2）集成电路用高强高导铜合金设计；
（3）高温合金的相稳定性与合金设计；
（4）金属材料热力学与动力学数据库建设。
