曹福勇副教授,博士,博士生导师,福建省高层次B类人才,厦门市高层次B类人才,入选斯坦福大学2023全球前2%科学家榜单。科研方面,其成果曾获中国腐蚀与防护学会自然科学二等奖(排名第二)、2025年新域新质创新大赛一等奖、“第一届厦门大学富有转化潜力科技成果”奖和2023年厦门大学火炬创新荟创新创业大赛二等奖等荣誉。长期致力于国家轻量化战略材料-先进高性能镁合金的设计、开发与应用,腐蚀与防护以及镁空气电池等。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、“慧眼行动”应用成果转化项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、福建省自然科学基金、厦门市科技计划项目、横向委托技术开发项目等课题二十余项,在Corrosion Science等权威期刊发表论文五十余篇。作为主要研究人员,主持或参与了航天科工、华为、比亚迪、上汽、美的等企业合作项目,共同推动镁合金的应用。
